What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching is a personalized, integrative approach to help you take control of your health, energy, and mindset. Each plan is tailored to your unique biology, mineral patterns, and lifestyle goals — combining functional wellness insights with energy-based tools and mind-body awareness techniques.

We focus on sustainable transformation — not quick fixes — by supporting your body’s natural rhythm, balancing minerals, and helping you create habits that last.


21-Day HRV & Coherence Training

It takes about 21 days to form a new habit, which is why I offer 21-Day HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and Coherence Training programs for clients who want to learn how to self-regulate stress and find inner balance.

Using HRV biofeedback tools and guided coherence practices, you’ll learn how to:

  • Calm your nervous system
  • Improve focus and energy
  • Increase emotional resilience
  • Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm

If you’ve ever said, “I have a hard time relaxing,” this training helps you retrain your stress response so relaxation becomes natural, not forced.


Are You Peptide-Curious?

The world of regenerative and longevity-based therapies is expanding fast — and peptides are one of the most exciting frontiers.

In coaching sessions, we can discuss what peptides are, how they influence cellular communication, and whether peptide-based therapies might be worth exploring with your licensed healthcare provider.

While I do not prescribe or sell peptides, I help clients understand the science, safety, and potential applications so you can make informed, empowered choices in partnership with your doctor.


What Wellness Coaching Includes

  • Review of your HTMA results and overall health patterns
  • Lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement guidance
  • HRV and coherence training for stress resilience
  • Strategies for improving sleep, focus, and mood
  • Discussion of bioenergetic tools such as FSM, Bioresonance, and light therapy
  • Education on advanced wellness topics, including peptides and mitochondrial support
  • Goal setting and accountability to keep you on track

The Coaching Process

  1. Book Your Initial Session – Schedule in-person or virtual coaching.
  2. Assessment & Strategy – We’ll review your current wellness picture and identify key priorities.
  3. Personalized Plan – You’ll receive actionable steps and tools tailored to your body’s needs.
  4. Ongoing Support – Follow-up sessions help reinforce habits, refine progress, and sustain results.

What to Expect

  • Sessions are approximately 60 minutes each.
  • You’ll receive personalized feedback, digital resources, and supportive check-ins.
  • Programs can be customized to focus on specific areas such as stress, sleep, brain performance, or mineral balance.
